There are different shipping methods:

FAST TRACKING ASSURANCE € 11.90 + FREE GADGET We send throughout Europe with UPS, delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days. Pendant randomly chosen from those present in the catalog for free
ATTENTION: ALWAYS WRITE THE NAME PRESENT ON THE BOX OF LETTERS (In the case of shops, offices, apartments with surnames other than the recipient. For example AT L’ORTICA SHOP)

INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED, unfortunately we are not able to
know precisely the delivery times, which vary depending on the
country. Delivery generally takes place within 25 working days.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES:
The product is handmade and is usually made in ONE working day (excluding
Saturday, Sunday and holidays) from receipt of the order. Generally the
orders are processed on the day of receipt by offering
therefore speed and timeliness in the evasion of the same. However, in periods
details of the year or for reasons of force majeure, we reserve up to
one working day to process and ship the order.
Most of the time the shipment takes place on the same day of processing or on the next working day.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
– Within 14 calendar days of receipt of the package, anticipating its communication
by e-mail, after returning the package, full refund (shipping costs to
part)
– For any errors attributable to MYMAGICLETTER, promptly notify
communication via email in order to receive a correct replacement product
free with a higher shipping method than previously used.
Any full refund can be requested after returning the package to the sender in all
its parts.
